The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Thiruvananthapuram, will conduct the Kerala NEET 2025 counselling. The counselling schedule will be announced after the declaration of the NEET 2025 results. Eligible candidates must register online and complete the application form to participate in the CEE Kerala NEET counselling process. The seat allotment is expected to commence in September 2025.

CEE will oversee the counselling for 85% of state quota seats, while the remaining 15% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats will be allocated by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

The NEET UG scorecard will be considered for admission to MBBS and BDS courses offered by both government and private medical/dental institutions across Kerala

Kerala NEET Counselling 2025 - Eligibility Criteria

The students must ensure to fulfill all the required entry criteria for Kerala NEET UG Counseling 2025: 

Must be an Indian citizen. PIO/OCI candidates can apply but are ineligible for reservation.
Keralite Category: Domiciled candidates or children of AIS officers deputed to Kerala.
Non-Keralite Category I (NK I): Candidates fulfilling any of the following:

  • Completed Class 12 from a Kerala institute and parents are central government employees posted in Kerala.
  • Lived in Kerala for at least 5 years.
  • Studied Class 8–12 in Kerala.

A candidate can go to the legitimate portal of the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Kerala, to get themselves registered for NEET 2025 Kerala State Counseling. Below we've referred to a step by step method of counseling:

How Can i Register for Kerala NEET Counselling 2025?

Step 1: The candidate should go to the legitimate website.

Step 2: Now press at the “New Registration” Option.

Step 3: Personal Information

After correctly registering and activating the account, applicants need to fill out their personal data. Make sure all the facts are accurate while filling out the application form.

Step 4: Upload Photo and Signature

After coming into the personal information, the candidate need to add their passport-size image of high contrast (Photo need to be snapped with a placard containing the candidate’s name and snapping date) and complete signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same. After importing the image and signature, click on the “Save & Continue” button.

Step 5: Educational Information

After importing the scanned image and signature, the candidate needs to enter their educational data at the computer display and click on the “Save & Continue” button.

Step 6: Payment of Counseling Fee

After filling in all of the required details, applicants need to continue with paying the counseling fee. The counseling fees will now no longer be refunded.

There are the following modes for payment of the counseling fee:

Payment through Bank Challan: If the candidate desires to pay the counseling fee through bank challan, they need to choose the offline / NEFT challan alternative from payment mode appearing at the computer screen and download the challan and get the print and visiting any bank up to the scheduled final date, the counselling fee can be paid through NEFT mode.

Online Payment: If the candidate desires to pay the counseling fee through Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking, they need to choose an online option from payment mode performing at the computer display and “Make the Payment.” must be made through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking. The candidate has to pay a processing charge additional to counselling fee for payment through the online mode

Counselling Fee: The application & counseling rates are Rs. 3540/- (Including GST) plus bank charges more for OC/BC classes and Rs.2950/- (Including GST) plus bank charges for different SC/ST classes.
