Conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency), the NEET 2024 exam was held on May 5th, 2024, at 556 different cities in India. It was conducted in an offline mode. Approximately 24 lakh applicants registered for the NEET 2024 exam, out of which around 23 lakh students appeared for the exam.

The NEET 2024 question paper comprised 3 sections of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with alphabetic codes for each question paper set, such as Q, R, S, and T. These sets were further subdivided into 6 NEET question paper sub-sets. A total of 24 question paper sets were presented in different slots at the NEET 2024 examination.
