NEET PG Exam Registration 2025: Important Dates Announced
The National Medical Commission’s (NMC) Postgraduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) has announced the important date for the PG NEET Examination 2025 will be June 15, 2025. In the letter Published by NMC as well as the registrars of Health and Medical Universities to the Heads, Deans, and Principal of all the Medical Colleges. PGMEB also gave updates in detail for the Eligibility Criteria and examination schedule. The letter was issued with the approval of the deemed authority and signed by C.K. Ramaswamy, Director, who states:
“The Internship completion date may be kept as July 31, 2025, and the tentative date to conduct the NEET- PG 2025 examination will be June 15, 2025.”
The National Board of Examination has conducted the NEET PG Examination for MBBS students pursuing MD, MS, and other postgraduate medical courses.

NEET PG Seat Matrix 2025
The NEET PG seat matrix gives access to the Medical colleges with the total number of seats available for admission via multiple rounds of counseling. The seats will be allotted to the candidates under the following quotas.
- 50% All India Quota
- 50% State Quota
- The counseling authority of each state will conduct admission to private medical colleges and institutions.
Admission to central and deemed universities will be conducted by MCC.
Note -
The eligibility criteria of the candidate will require internship completion by July 31, 2025.They must ensure timely Registration and submission of required documents to avoid any last-minute chaos.
Eligibility Criteria For NEET PG 2025
Candidate must have an MBBS degree which must be recognized by the Medical Council of India and or Medical colleges or Institutes.
They must have completed their Internship of 12 months by the 31st of July 2025.
