How to Get Transfer in any University in Russia?

If a student is accepted for credit score transfer, then he/she has to carry the above-written files in original (legalized through Embassy of the Russian Federation).
These files are submitted to the Ministry of Education of Russia for Certification, for calculation of the Academic Difference, and the Credit hours. If the Ministry of Education finds the previous qualification is the same to the Russian syllabus and curricula, the student gets an approval certificate to join preferred year successfully, otherwise, the candidate needs to follow the recommendations set through the Ministry of Education.
