National Insurance Academy Admission Process
National Institute Academy (also known as NIA Pune) offers a two-year full-time AICTE-approved PGDM programme. Ever since its inception, the institute is widely known for its 100 per cent placement record. At present, the institute is governed by LIC Chairman, Chairman-cum-Managing Directors of GIC, Public Sector General Insurers, representative of Ministry of Finance, Government of India, along with eminent independent members from Academia.

Scholarships
The college funds merit based and need based scholarships. The Student Welfare Committee meets as well. The college also offers scholarships ranging from 50% to 100% of annual income, depending on family background
NIA gives 9 scholarships of Rs. 1 lac each to meritorious students, girl students, eligible students belonging to specified categories including students belonging to economically weaker sections. These scholarships are subject to prescribed attendance, Academic Performance and good conduct.
