Scholarships
This scholarship is to identify academic merit at the undergraduate level. A stipend of Rs. 2,000/- per month will be offered for two years to the First and Second Rank holders in certain undergraduate streams. In order to be eligible, candidates should have obtained a minimum of sixty percent marks at the undergraduate level and should have joined a regular full-time Master's Degree course in any recognized university or college.
The scholarship can be used only for the first PG Degree, and students' age should be 30 years as of joining the PG course. Distance learning courses are not eligible. The scholarship can be claimed by students who have done their undergraduate degrees in streams of Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, and Languages.
