The University of Hyderabad, was founded in 1974 and is a Central University approved by the UGC. UOH is accredited by NAAC. Furthermore, it belongs to the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). University of Hyderabad is also ranked 801-850 by the QS World University Rankings 2025. The application fee for General and EWS category students is ₹ 600 and ₹ 550, respectively. On the other hand, the fee for OBC and SC/ ST/ PWD students is ₹ 400 and ₹ 275, respectively.
